San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija Mayor issues Certification of Support for Green Power Nueva Ecija Phiippines Inc. (GPNEPI)

San Leonardo Mayor Froilan Nagaño issues an Official Certification favorably endorsing the Green Power Nueva Ecija Philippines Inc.’s 17.5MW multi-fuel biomass power plant project. The Honorable Mayor recognizes the potential benefits that the GPNEPI power project will bring to the municipality, most especially to the farmers, millers and other ancillary service providers by way of additional jobs, income generation and positive environmental impact.
