The company is the product of many years of dedicated work and investment by each of the GGP PLC principals within the power generation, electrification and environment sectors. GGP PLC delivers an extraordinary global capability within the renewable and alternative energy industry. The company’s principals have comprehensive experience in the development of renewable energy projects, both locally and globally.
GPP develops grid connected, decentralized, renewable energy biomass power plants utilizing sustainable resources.
GPP have partnered with the most experienced international biomass power plant Engineering Procurement and Construction ("EPC") contractors in the World today. These partnerships enable GGP to build innovative, scalable, cost and resource efficient biomass based renewable energy plants and operations.
GGP Biomass Power Generation uses only agricultural waste such as rice or corn straw that is currently burn in the fields or biomass residues from food processing such as rice husk, a residue of rice milling. GGP does not use any biomass that can be used for human consumption or that competes with the human food chain in any way.
Each GGP biomass fuel resource is strategically planned and optimized to deliver a maximum, positive effect upon the farming and local communities where we operate; to alleviate poverty and have significant effect in the mitigation of climate change.
